If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

We receive data from Google Analytics which is used for general tracking of site use and from WordFence which automatically alerts our systems to suspect activity and potential threats from non human users trying to access our login screens
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
We use user data to identify potential threats to our website security and to ensure that the integrity of our platform is maintained for protection of legitimate users. Occasional a user made be asked to complete a pictorial based Captcha verification to ascertain that users are human.
