  • Learning Intention:
    How can you combine hands and feet when defending yourself?

    Year 3

    • I can begin to perform a palm strike with some flow
    • I can begin to perform a knee strike with some control
    • I can begin to perform a snap kick with some control

    Year 4

    • I can perform a palm strike and return to the correct stance
    • I can perform a knee strike and return to the correct stance

    How can you escape from a wrist hold and use a combination of strikes to defend yourself?

    Year 3

    • I can begin to perform a combination of some strikes and kicks with some flow
